Symposium Schedule at a Glance

The conference will begin at approximately 8:00 AM PST on Monday, October 16, 2023, and run through 5:15 PM PST on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Pre-conference sessions will begin at approximately 9:00 AM PST and run through 5:00 PM PST on Sunday, October 15, 2023. View the full schedule here.

Members of the press and K-16 students may attend the Symposium free of charge. To receive a code for complimentary registration, please contact Jessica Stamper.

We admire the tremendous work of educators during the tumultuous events since 2020, and we recognize the financial hardships faced by many. As such, Aurora is able to waive registration fees for educators who otherwise would not be able to attend the Symposium. Additionally, policymakers needing scholarship assistance should reach out to Aurora. Please contact Jessica Stamper with your scholarship request.
