Proposals will be accepted from institutions and organizations that are eligible for grants from NMEF and meet all other requirements specified in the RFP.\u00a0The RFP and supplementary documents are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmefoundation.org\/grants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">located here.<\/a>\u00a0 For the first time, NMEF will be accepting proposals only through a web-based portal.\u00a0 To access the portal, you will need to set up an account.
