They also released an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aacrao.org\/docs\/default-source\/Lumina\/csr-fact-sheet-4_2016.pdf?sfvrsn=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FAQ on Comprehensive Student Records<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/focus.luminafoundation.org\/a\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/focus-fall-2015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Focus Magazine from Fall 2015: Tomorrow\u2019s Transcript<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mathematica Policy Research released <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mathematica-mpr.com\/our-publications-and-findings\/publications\/competency-based-education-in-focus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Competency-Based Education in College Settings: How Students, Institutions, and Workforce Partners Fare<\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>AIR released <em><u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccrscenter.org\/implementation-tools\/designing_competency-based_articulation_agreements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Designing Competency-Based Articulation Agreements:\u00a0 A Framework for State Educational Agencies and Postsecondary Institutions<\/a><\/u><\/em>, an interactive guide on how to identify and convene a team of stakeholders who will set the vision and assess the readiness of the state to develop a competency-based articulation agreement with postsecondary institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Upcoming Webinars<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>American Institutes for Research (AIR), Public Agenda and the Competency-Based Education Network (C-BEN) are <a href=\"https:\/\/attendee.gotowebinar.com\/register\/6638847188750514947\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hosting a webinar on evaluation for the improvement of CBE programs<\/a> on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. <a href=\"https:\/\/attendee.gotowebinar.com\/register\/6638847188750514947\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Register here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competency-Based Education Webinar Series<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CBE Info announced the continuation of the CBE for Community Colleges webinar series this academic year.
