memo<\/a> advising the new administration on scaling personalized learning.<\/li>\n<li>New Hampshire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.concordmonitor.com\/Sununu-s-education-picks-will-help-shape-schools--futures-6807049\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Governor-elect Chris Sununu<\/a> will make key education appointments in his first months in office, which could impact the advancement of competency education within the state.<\/li>\n<li>Colorado\u2019s <a
