Among other changes, the modernization process also streamlined the application process, set aside funds for internal wireless connectivity, revised the eligible services list, and made it easier for consortia to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15.0pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 10.5pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #231f20;\">iNACOL submitted comment to the FCC supporting this modernization process with data and feedback from our members on the clear need in the field for improvements to the program.
