CompetencyWorks is an initiative of the Aurora Institute. It has maintained a separate website since its founding but was integrated under our new brand. When the new Aurora Institute website goes live this spring, CompetencyWorks.org will become part of it. All CompetencyWorks blog posts and reports are now  available on our new website.
