For three academic years, students’ learning and school environment have been impacted by the pandemic. Join us to hear directly from educators about what we’ve learned about the importance of one-on-one check-ins and building strong teacher and student relationships in the classroom, and why we should be prioritizing connections before content.

Session Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learn the importance of building meaningful one-on-one relationships with students through mentoring.
  2. Explore the Developmental Relationships Framework, as well as examples of relationship-building approaches.
  3. Learn about mentoring tools and how to build student-teacher relationships and guide student growth.
