Scheduling students based on their needs is one of the most unrated components to PCBE. This session will focus on what is needed to effectively schedule students and go through examples of how to create a PCBE schedule. Participants will analyze examples and discuss the possible approaches to organizing students based on their needs. Be prepared to be actively involved in the conversation and discuss real situations and realistic solutions.

Session Learning Outcomes:

  1. Identify key components to what is needed to effectively create a PCBE schedule.
  2. Analyze different approaches to organizing students through horizontal and vertical scheduling.
  3. Develop strategies to overcome individual and/or organizational barriers to develop an effective PCBE schedule.
