Understanding and leveraging flexibilities available to districts in state statute and regulation can be difficult. State education agencies can make the process more transparent by developing useful tools and resources that allow districts to focus on implementation. South Carolina and partners will share our process, products, and strategy to help districts visualize how they can take advantage of existing flexibilities to design more student-centered learning opportunities.
