Bruce Randolph School is in year two of a roll out of grading changes grounded in the text “Grading for Equity” by Joe Feldman. The first year was dedicated to a small group of pilot teachers changing practices and the full staff engaging in a book study. Year two has focused on a slow roll out of grading changes for the entire staff. This session will be a panel presentation of pilot teachers, non-pilot teachers, and students to share their view and lessons learned for the grading changes.

  1. Analyze an implementation plan for grading practice changes.
  2. Explain the learner impact of implementation of grading practice changes.
  3. Explain the adult impact of implementation of grading practice changes.
