Research for Action (RFA) recently partnered with KnowledgeWorks to conduct a study analyzing how personalized, competency-based learning is taking hold across three states and their initial cohort of school districts. Mark Duffy, the lead researcher of this study, will facilitate a panel on the study findings, focusing the discussion on the perspectives of district leaders on strategies to support implementation and scale-up.
