Coordination among key pathways institutions – K-12 systems, postsecondary institutions, and employers – can be challenging. If we center young people in this work, how could we better connect and transform the systems themselves – the incentive structures, the policy frameworks? How would we change the story about young people and their needs in education and career pathways? This session will explore the opportunities in systems changes when the voices of young people are centered.

Session Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learn strategies to co-design with young people.
  2. Understand data on the impact of COVID-19 and the racial justice movement on career pathways for young people.
  3. Access organizational self-assessment tools.
