Who attends the Aurora Institute Symposium 2023?

The Aurora Institute Symposium hosts education innovators from across the education transformation space. Attendees include K-12 system and school administrators and educators, as well as technical assistance providers, researchers, policymakers, vendors and nonprofits working to advance next generation learning. This year’s event is designed to build the capacity of the K-12 field to implement future-oriented, equitable, whole child, personalized, competency-based systems.

How do I make a payment for Grad Credits?

Can I receive a certificate of attendance?

Registered attendees can request a certificate of attendance by emailing Zorana Vulevic at [email protected]. All certificates requested will be emailed after the symposium.

Thank you for attending the Aurora Institute Symposium 2023. We partnered with Virginia Commonwealth University to offer continuing education credits (CEUs) to Symposium attendees. What are the COVID-19 Precautions?

We will have face masks available at the registration desk, if you choose to wear one, for your convenience. We will also have color-coded stickers on hand to help you communicate to those around you which safe distancing measures you are practicing. 

Proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 test, or health screenings are not required, and wearing a face mask during the event is optional. However, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not participate in the Aurora Institute Symposium 2023.

-Individuals who are fully vaccinated AND have come into close contact with someone with COVID-19 within five full days preceding the event; or

-Individuals who have a positive viral test for COVID-19 within five full days preceding the event, regardless of whether or not they have systems; or

-Individuals with current symptoms of COVID-19 or who have had COVID-19 symptoms within five full days preceding the event, including people awaiting test results or who have not been tested.

We ask participants to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 during the event and withdraw from event participation promptly if they experience any symptoms.
