Kelly Organ

Research Manager


Kelly Organ joined the Aurora Institute team as Research Manager in August 2024. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Research Partnerships at a national nonprofit connecting school districts and researchers to study youth well-being and social-emotional learning. Throughout her career, she has worked for a wide variety of service-learning, social entrepreneurship, action civics, and youth leadership programs, in roles ranging from practitioner to program developer to program manager to evaluator. Throughout her career, a throughline has been her commitment to figuring out what works to support the diverse needs of diverse learners, and how to build those best practices into programs that are culturally responsive, adaptable, and replicable.

Kelly holds an Ed.M. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in International Relations from Calvin College. She lives with her family outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she can often be found tending to her overgrown garden or exploring nearby trails.
