Traditional teacher development and evaluation systems fail to support professional growth over time because of a reliance on a single annual formal observation protocol. What if we replaced this ineffective development and evaluation process with a competency-based learner approach we know works with students? Dr. Robert Marzano and leaders from Westminster Public Schools share their experience implementing a new classroom observation and teacher evaluation tool that does just this.
